Narong Sasitorn, a distinguished diplomat, served as the Consul General of Thailand in Chicago, Director General of the Department of South Asian, Middle East and African Affairs, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador of Thailand to the Czech Republic and, subsequently, Malaysia. Narong received his B.A. and M.A. in International Relations from Thammasart University.
