Suthad Setboonsarng, Ph.D. is a prominent macroeconomist and customs and Trade specialist who has had a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors. He was a Thailand Trade Representative, a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Thailand, Deputy Secretary General of ASEAN for Economic Affairs, and a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Thailand. Suthad received his B.A. in Economics from Thammasart University and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Hawaii.
